Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@pawgearuk.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you do not need to return the item.
Not Satisfied?
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@pawgearuk.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a full refund once the item is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
